Technical Circulars - Transportation Engineering

Last updated on August 31, 2021

Technical circulars are used to ensure timely and uniform application of technical standards and practices within the B.C. transportation community. Circulars clarify, modify or introduce new practices in the application of technical issues.

The technical circulars are now available through a special search. It is important to note that any given circular may have been superseded by one or more later ones and these will be flagged in the search results. Available also is a complete index of all technical circulars (PDF) in which all circulars are listed and those that have been superseded, replaced, cancelled or amended are indicated.
