Access to CSA Pricing

If you have a government IDIR, you have access to CSA pricing.

Step 1: Click on a confidential pricing link

1. Enter your government IDIR (idir\username) and password
2. Click 'Continue' to access the confidential pricing page

I submitted my IDIR information and the page says "You need permission to access this site" or when I press back, I can't see the login page anymore. 

You may need to clear your browser's cookies and delete your web history so the login page re-appears. Ensure you are selecting 'Active Directory' when prompted. Alternatively, try to access pricing in private or incognito mode on your browser.

If you continue to have access issues, submit a message in the form or email CSA@gov.bc.ca. We will review your request within 2-3 business days.

Employees at eligible organizations with an email address  can register to receive direct access to pricing in the Goods and Services Catalogue.

Step 1: Verify that your organization is on the CSA Users List

• Only broader public sector organizations on the CSA Users List may use eligible CSAs
  • If your organization is not on the list, review our eligibility guidelines before requesting an agreement

Step 2: Register your email with the Procurement Services Branch

1. Email CSA@gov.bc.ca using the email address associated with your organization and provide this information:
   • Organization name
   • First and last name associated with organization
   • Email address associated with your organization
2. We'll review your request and if approved, you'll receive an email confirming your access to CSA pricing within 2-3 business days. 

Step 3: Open the Goods and Services Catalogue, search for the commodity you are interested in then follow the instructions
