Due Dates for Submitting Oil & Natural Gas Reports & Payments

If a due date falls on a weekend or B.C. statutory holiday, your reports, and payment if applicable, are due the next business day following the due date.

Report Due Date
BC-S1 Monthly Production Statement The 25th day of the month following the production month
BC-S2 Monthly Disposition Statement The 25th day of the month following the production month
BC-08 Marketable Gas and By-Product Producer Allocations The last day of the second month following the production month
BC-09 Monthly Oil Sales Statement The last day of the month following the production month
BC-11 Notice of Suspension or Commencement of Operations The 20th day of the month following the effective date of the well status update
BC-12 Reporting Interest Statement The 20th day of the month after the month in which there was an addition or change in the ownership interests for your well or tract
BC-15 Petroleum and Natural Gas Remittance Advice The report is due by the last day of the month in which a payment is made

Payments are due by the later of:
  • 15 days after the invoice date, or
  • the 25th day of the second month after production
BC-19 Monthly Natural Gas Plant and Processing Statement The 25th day of the month following the production month in which the gas was processed
BC-22 Application for Producer Cost of Service (PCOS) December 31st of each year for additions or deletions to existing reporting facilities

For new reporting facilities, the end of the month following the month in which the reporting facility starts operating
BC-23 Application for Gas Cost Allowance March 15th of each year for existing producer-owned plants

For new producer-owned plants, two months prior to when the plant starts operating
BC-35 Crude Oil and Condensate Monthly Pipeline Statement The 25th day of the month following the month of receipt of oil
BC-36 Monthly Treating Plant Statement The 25th day of the month following the month of receipt of oil
BC-51 Net Profit Monthly Allowable Capital & Operating Costs Last day of the second month following the month in which the costs were incurred
FORM 15A Monthly Gas Injections Operations Report The 25th day of the month following the reported month
  Marketable gas sales invoices and actual cost of service statements Due to the Gas Pricing Section the 10th working day (in B.C.) of the second month following the production month
  OGC Notice of Intent Due to the Oil and Gas Commission whenever a well is linked to a facility, or a facility is linked to another facility
