Articled Student Program

The Ministry of Justice hires articled students every year, one year ahead of the start date of their articles. Students work with the Legal Services Branch or the Criminal Justice Branch (the Prosecution Service) and have the opportunity to work with other branches during articles.

Under the guidance of legal counsel, students work on files in many areas of law including constitutional, civil litigation, environmental, aboriginal, criminal and human rights. Our students benefit from outstanding mentorship, supportive colleagues, and excellent pay and benefits.
