Learning a loved one or friend has come in contact with the criminal justice system can be very upsetting. It can be hard to know how to support someone going through this difficult experience.

You are not alone. Help and support are available. You may be feeling angry, fearful, anxious, worried or other difficult emotions. These emotions are normal.
