All RESULTS access is subject to mandatory testing. Upon requesting access you will be required to complete online competency testing.

List of core modules

Module 1

This course will provide a high level overview of legal framework governing silviculture obligation reporting, submission specification documentation reference  and opening’s lifecycle and reporting requirements.

Intended Audience: New RESULTS users 

Module 2

This course will highlight submission specification documentation, provide comparison of ESF versus online data entry, technical documentation references, discussion on legal requirements versus edit checks and mandatory ESF rules.

Module 3

This course will highlight submission specification documentation, provide comparison of ESF versus online data entry, overview how ESF submissions are processed and detailed discussion on RESULTS submission components.

Module 4

This course will highlight technical documentation and highlights key ESF and spatial rules. Overview of each of the SU Modification process – Correction, Minor Amendment, Silviculture Prescription, FRPA s.197, Approved Variation and Site Plan Amendment.

Intended Audience: RESULTS users who are involved with making changes to Standards Units

Module 5

This course provides an overview of each of the SU Modification processes and how to set up the ESF file. Silviculture prescription amendment process and status changes and Inbox processing will also be reviewed.

Module 6

This course provides an overview of each of the SU Modification processes online. Silviculture prescription amendment process and status changes and Inbox processing will also be reviewed.

Intended Audience: RESULTS users who are involved with making changes to Standards Units online

Module 7

This course provides an overview documents that requires Inbox processing by a Ministry Approver. Documents for discussion include silviculture prescription amendments, s.108 applications, amalgamations and stockings standards.

Intended Audience:  Ministry officials involved with approving RESULTS Inbox documents

Module 8

This course provides an overview of forest cover reporting and treed retention requirements. Focus will be on coding for treed retention, introduction to the retention matrix, forest cover report timing and structure, common reporting issues and review of some examples of forest cover treed retention reporting.

Intended Audience: RESULTS users involved with forest cover updates submissions

Jasper reports

The following courses provide an overview Jasper report functionality, available RESULTS canned reports and the use of Scheduled reports feature.

Intended Audience:  RESULTS users who interested in running "canned" reports

The following course outlines a new report that assesses regeneration and free growing milestone achievement based on forest cover submission. Report’s methodology, assumptions and limitations are provided.
