Re: Requirements for Persons with Disabilities, Section 3.7

With reference to your letter of August 3, 1989 regarding provisions for persons with disabilities in a hunting and fishing lodge.

On the basis of the information submitted we would not consider conformance with Section 3.7. to be mandatory at this stage. We note that when the new lodge is constructed, full facilities will be provided.
