Overview

This business service is used to record documentation required to prove a person's right to health care benefits and to record verification of identity.

This business service is available to authorized organizations and health care providers who deliver health services, as well as to MSP group plan administrators.

Purpose

This business service enables one point for collection and maintenance of client demographic data, thus reducing time and costs and enhancing the quality of the data.

Prerequisites

Access to this business service requires Ministry of Health approval and a signed Data Access Agreement or Service Level Agreement between the organization and the ministry.
