Requesting a Refund

If you overpaid your Medical Services Plan (MSP) premiums the credit balance will be used against future premiums. However, you may request a refund by:

If you qualify for a refund we need to make sure your payment has cleared through your bank or financial institution. It takes 21 days from the date the payment was made to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your refund will generally be issued within 6 weeks.

  • Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
