We work in partnership with ministries to deliver projects.  While there are defined tools within the realm of Service Design, each project is uniquely designed to meet the specific needs of a program area and its clients.

Our business model is one of consultation where we understand and uncover business problems through conversations with program areas and citizens.  

The phases outlined below in the Playbook process take a broad based research approach to solve problems – this creates opportunity for true service innovation.
