CMS Lite Rich Text Editor (WYSIWYG)

Content templates contain both text fields and rich text fields.  Rich text, also known as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) fields are easily identifiable by the toolbar above the editing field.  These text editors are found within the Topic tab and the Right Column components.
