Support for Your Clients

Make sure that your clients get the help they need – ensure that you’ve got a point of contact for individuals who have questions or need assistance accessing your online service. If you don’t have a dedicated support structure, Service BC can provide this service to your clients on a contract basis.

Service BC is also the main contact centre for the BC Services Card. They have the training and resources to:

  • Answer questions and direct individuals to appropriate personnel for detailed assistance
  • Direct individuals to a designated passcode issuer for a temporary passcode or USB card reader for their BC Services Card
