Application Instructions

The application intake for the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund (Fund) closed on
November 23, 2016. Reviews are in progress.

Municipalities may submit two applications. The applications may be for two capital projects or one capital project and one planning project or two planning projects.

Regional Districts may submit one application for each community in their area. A community is defined as a settlement area within a regional district electoral area or an established or proposed service area.

How to Submit Applications

You can submit your application through the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund Online Application Form.

You must have a BCeID account to access the online application form.  To set up your BCeID account and for tips on completing the application form refer to the Application Instructions & Tips (PDF, 384 KB) and Application Questions SAMPLE ONLY (PDF, 162 KB) prior to accessing and completing the application form.  

Complete the online application form and submit the Detailed Cost Estimate (XLSX, 32 KB) along with all other mandatory documentation in the manner below. To assist, click on the Detailed Cost Estimate Example (PDF, 186 KB).

Please note:  a completed application requires a signed CWWF Certification Form (DOCX, 44 KB) and a council resolution. For suggested text in the council resolution, please view the Council Resolution Example (PDF, 186 KB). These forms can be submitted by email or mail.
