Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)

The Canada Revenue Agency provides information for seniors on topics like Registered Retirement Savings Plans, Registered Retirement Income Funds, Old Age Security, the Canada Pension Plan and pension income splitting. You may also wish to get advice from your accountant or other financial advisor.

Preparing and Filing Your Income Tax Return

If you prefer to prepare your own tax return, you can do so by hand or use a software program.

You can file your return by mail, or online with NETFILE.

If you need help to prepare your tax return, you can pay an accountant or tax preparation firm to do it for you.
