Child Care Operating Funding: Rates & Payments

Funding amounts are based on:

  • Monthly enrolment (not attendance)
  • Licence and service type
  • The location where the care is provided (i.e. inside or outside of the home)

Rates

Rates are based on the estimated cost of providing child care in different settings. Information is taken from a number of sources – including provincial child care surveys.

Estimate your monthly payment amount by multiplying the rates below by the total number of children enrolled full or part-time in your facility.
