The company produces a line of delicious, gourmet crackers under the Gone Crackers brand, known for their use throughout the Okanagan wine region. Made without hydrogenated oils, yeast or sugar, Edible Coast has always been focused on using the highest quality ingredients with an artisanal flair to produce fine food. Amazing on their own, Gone Crackers are also wonderful paired with a variety of wines and cheeses, as well as charcuterie, spreads, soups and salads.

These crackers are available in a number of flavours, including: blue cheese & cracked pepper; parmesan & rosemary; canadian cheddar & chive; olive oil & cracked pepper; roasted shallot & herb; and undressed. All products are produced in a facility using a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system to ensure product safety, run by Food Safe certified staff.

Established in Surrey in 2001, the company was first approached by a chef from an Okanagan winery that needed the perfect cracker pairing for wines, fine cheese and charcuterie. Edible Coast is a significant supporter of a number of local community organizations, including the B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation, the B.C. Cancer Agency and CKNW Orphans’ Fund. The company is also a consistent supporter of the arts, helping to raise funds for the Arts Club Theatre, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Vancouver Aquarium, by donating product and gifts for their respective fundraising events.
