Data & Report Submissions
Many authorizations require various types of information be reported to the ministry. Depending on your authorization, you may be required to electronically submit any or all of the following reports.

- Routine Environmental Reporting Submission Mailbox
Routine reports submitted to the Routine Environmental Reporting Submission Mailbox (RERMS) include data submissions and reports associated with authorizations under the Environmental Management Act.
- Non-Compliance Reporting Mailbox
Non-compliance reporting is a requirement to report scheduled or un‑scheduled events or incidents that do not comply with the conditions and requirements outlined in your Environmental Management Act authorization.
- Annual Status Form
Annual Status Forms (ASF) are used to report the compliance status of an authorization and to summarize any actions taken to remedy non-compliance.
- Environmental Monitoring System Data Uploads
Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) Data Uploads captures physical/chemical and biological analyses performed on water, air, solid waste discharges and ambient monitoring sites throughout the province.
