Ehattesaht is negotiating in the B.C. treaty process as part of the seven-member Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council treaty table along with Ahousat, Hesquiaht, Mowachaht/Muchalaht, Nuchatlaht, Tseshaht and Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations.
