To save time before a webinar begins, take a moment to check your system and ensure it's ready to use GoTo Webinar.

You can either join the meeting with a web-based java client, mobile device (iOS, Android or Windows Phone / Windows 8) or you can install the GoTo Webinar Desktop software to your computer. After registering for a webinar, you will be provided with complete details on how to connect to the event.
Sound for the webinars will be provided via the webinar platform using VOIP (through your computer speakers or headphones). If you are not able to use VOIP, you may dial into a Canadian toll line using your telephone.
- Presenters will use webcams and will be visible during the presentation
- Slides or live-demonstrations will be displayed during the presentation
- Participants do not require a web cam
Information, including documents, personal information, and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session will be recorded in order to archive the webinar for future use by participants and those who were unable to attend (under the authority of section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).
