The Impact Investment Fund supports business opportunities that are higher risk and may not offer adequate financial returns to an investor, but will benefit Columbia Basin residents and communities in some other way. For example, it may create jobs, address a community need, help the environment or support arts and culture.
This program is delivered by Community Futures and Heritage Credit Union.

Who can apply?
- For-profit organizations
- Non-profit organizations
- Social enterprises
- First Nation businesses
- Start-ups
Applicants must be located in the Columbia Basin region, and the investment opportunity must demonstrate significant positive impacts in the region.
To apply for the fund, contact your nearest Community Futures office or Heritage Credit Union.
