The Liquor Control and Licensing Branch (LCLB) is regulated under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act (LCLA) and the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation (LCLR):

The type of enforcement officers that may enforce provisions of the LCLA and LCLR, the provisions they may enforce, and details about LCLA offences (e.g., ticketed amounts) can be found in the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation (VTAF) at www.bclaws.ca  However, recent amendments made to VTAF to update liquor references as a result of the new LCLA and LCLR coming into force are not available yet.
