Find your eBids

You can quickly view and access your draft and final eBids if you have a current, paid eBid subscription.  eBids submitted on opportunities still open on BC Bid can be viewed in two areas – from the opportunity notice or through the My Documents menu item.  After the closing date and time are reached on an opportunity, you can access your eBid through My Documents only.

If you amend your eBid, you will be able to view both the original and amended versions.

Access your eBid through the My Documents menu item

Your BC Bid profile includes an area for storing current and historical eBids.

A high level summary of the steps to access your eBids includes:

  1. Log on to BC Bid with your username and password.
  2. Click on My Documents in the left-hand menu.

  1. Choose one of the three areas of eBids – Draft, Current and Historical.  Each area will display the opportunity tender/document number that links to the posting.  Your eBid will be indented just below.
    1. Draft – these are eBids that have been created on currently-open opportunities but are not yet finalized.  Draft eBids are not viewable by anyone other than you.
    2. Current – final, submitted eBids are stored in the Current area while the opportunity is still open on BC Bid.
    3. Historical – you’ll find any eBids on closed opportunities in this area.  eBids could be draft or final.
  2. Click on the Bid number to open your eBid.

Access your eBid through the opportunity notice

You can access eBids on open opportunities through the opportunity notice posted on BC Bid before it closes.  After an opportunity has closed on BC Bid, you can only access eBids through the above My Documents option.

A high level summary of the steps to access your eBid includes:

  1. Log on to BC Bid with your username and password.
  2. Click on Opportunities in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find and open the opportunity.
