Submit a Formal Vendor Complaint to a Ministry

Each ministry has its own complaint review process. You must submit your complaint to the ministry responsible for the procurement activity. No compensation will be awarded to you as a result of this review.

To submit a formal complaint to the ministry, complete and submit a  Vendor Complaint Review Process Form to the appropriate ministry contact within the timeframes identified.

You will receive a written notice confirming receipt of your complaint, typically within 5 days, and your complaint will be investigated within 30 days. If this investigation takes longer, you’ll be told the reason for the delay. A decision will be made regarding your complaint, and you will be notified in writing of the results.

 

Escalating Your Complaint Within the Ministry

The initial written response to your formal complaint from the ministry will provide details on the escalation process available if you aren’t satisfied with the ministry’s response.   

 

Request a Review by the Procurement Governance Office (PGO)

If you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily concluded by the ministry, you can request a review by the Procurement Governance Office.
