Enrol & Update (Bargaining Unit Employees)

Employees With Employee Self Service Access

Unionized employees with Employee Self Service access are able to enrol in the benefits program online. This system allows you to track the status of your application. Once your application has been processed, you can log in to Employee Self Service at any time to view your Benefits Summary.

Note:

  • Allow approximately 15 minutes to complete and submit all forms
  • To enrol in or update your MSP coverage, you will need personal health numbers for yourself and your eligible spouse/dependents
  • You will not be able to view your life insurance beneficiaries through the Benefits Summary. To update your beneficiary information, please complete a new Group Life Beneficiary designation form
  • You must mail your original Group Life Beneficiary Designation form to the Benefits Service Centre because it is a legal document
  • Please note that your beneficiary for your Public Service Pension Plan is different from your Group Life Insurance Beneficiary.  Please log into My Account to complete the beneficiary designation form or complete the Nomination of Beneficiary (Pre-Retirement) form on the Public Service Pension Plan website and mail it to the Public Service Pension Plan.
